To do so, we’ve designed our store policies to make sure our clients have a fair, rewarding and enjoyable shopping experience whenever they come to CC Designs. Since most of my items are custom items, we do not except returns or cancellations.  

 

When ordering a custom item I will confirm the image with you before sending.  You will need to approve the design before I am able to finish the item.

Tumblers Care Instructions 

• Hand wash only

• Do not soak

• Not Dishwasher or Mircrowave Safe

• Avoid extreme Heat

• Some Handmade items are sealed with FDA compliant food grade safe epoxy and it is coated and cured, dropping or mishandling can cause it to break.

• Tumblers are handmade so there will be times that minor imperfections are unavoidable.
